At Paqupel Japan, we share authentic Japanese recipes along with the culture and stories behind them — from everyday home cooking and centuries-old traditions to the dishes trending in Japan right now.
We are the Paqupel Japan Team, Japanese cooks living in Japan. Every recipe here is developed, cooked and tested in our own kitchen, and we film many of them as we cook — the videos on our recipe pages are our own. What you find here is the food we actually make and eat. We hope this site becomes a way to discover Japan, one dish at a time.
